Mr. Jerry Warner (COL, U.S. Army Ret.), Military Applications/Technology Transfer. Mr. Warner's expertise is the identification and development of new technologies for defense. He has extensive credentials in strategy, military operations, R&D and acquisition. Mr. Warner received a BS in Engineering from West Point, an MS in Operations Research and Systems Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School, and an MS in National Security Strategy from the National War College. He is the former Military Assistant to the Director, Net Assessment, Office of the Secretary of Defense and author of "Exploring Biotechnology - Opportunities for the Department of Defense." He has over 35 years of experience in international business and marketing, technology transfer, and government relations in Europe, the United States, the Middle-East, and Africa. Mr. Haggerson oversees the Rapid Equipping Force project for the Tactical Garbage to Energy Refinery (TGER) and is responsible for planning, deployment and the day-to-day performance of the systems. Chris recently returned from active duty service in Iraq, where he led a province civil-military team in reconstruction efforts. Mr. Ricklefs will be leading design, modeling and engineering efforts for DLSci renewable energy projects. Joel received his BS in Chemical Engineering from Colorado State University and has graduate course-work in advanced biotechnology and enzyme design from the University of California, Davis. Mr. Marion supports the TGER and other DLSci programs with the development of associated Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and implementing resources. Mr. Marion is member of the New York Academy of Science and a former U.S. Army officer and senior advisor on science and technology. Mr. Marion specializes in the biological sciences with emphasis on biochemistry, parasitology and immunology. Orest currently manages over twenty direct support technicians for the NBC Fox Reconnaissance vehicles in world-wide locations. He is an expert in commercial teaming, systems engineering and full-service project management for NBC Defense projects. Mr. DaCorta is a retired Plans, Operations and Medical Intelligence Officer with broad experience in Joint and Service Concepts and Requirements definition for Chemical and Biological Defense and Medical Systems. He is a trained DoD acquisition professional with particular expertise in rapid acquisition programs. His last assignment before joining DLSci was Head, Expeditionary Medicine at the United States Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory, Quantico VA.
